All returns due to change of mind are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Items must be in a saleable condition - unused, unmarked, unopened in original packaging and not defaced in any manner.
  • Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

For returns due to change of mind or if you have received defective or damaged item(s), please refer to the following return process.

All return requests must be submitted to us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we must receive the items to be returned within 7 days of the date of your relevant return request.

Please note that this return policy applies to products purchased via the website. We are unable to accept any returns for products purchased through any of our offline retail partners.

Return process

  2. Provide us with relevant details: order number, the reason for returning the product, photograph(s) of the items to be returned and other supporting information.
  3. Pack the items to be returned in a parcel.
  4. Arrange for the return parcel to be returned to us via courier.
  5. Please return the items to this address:

    1/14, Brown Street, Chatswood, NSW 2067, Australia.

 When returning the goods by post please note:

  • It may take up to 10 days for your parcel to reach us
  • Returned items will be processed within three (3) working days of receipt
  • Reasonable care must be taken when packaging the parcel and returning it so that goods are not damaged in transit
  • You are advised to use a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance
  • Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
  • Shipping fee for items returned by post will be shouldered by the customer

Refund policy:

For returns due to change of mind, your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, but you may receive a refund for the returned item(s) in the form of a credit voucher or via the mode of payment you had utilized when placing the relevant Order.

Do note that it may take up to 14 days to process the refund.

For returns of damaged or defective Products, your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, but you may choose:

  1. to receive a refund for the damaged or defective Product(s) in the form of a credit voucher or via the mode of payment you had utilized when placing the relevant Order; OR
  2. for a replacement for the damaged or defective Product(s) to be shipped to you free of charge.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of our receipt of the returned items.

Credit voucher is usable for your next purchase on the website which will have a validity period of one (1) month.
